Núñez Africano Abogados Corporativos S.A.S. is a firm that was designed for the provision of comprehensive legal consulting services both in Colombia and abroad.

It was founded by Fernando Núñez Africano in 1998; in the beginning, the legal services offered focused on legal tax consulting and tax litigation services, and after some time Mr. Nuñez Africano added the practice areas of Corporate and Commercial law, thus consolidating a full portfolio of legal services apt for the structuring and implementation of business and corporate schemes which are efficient both for the local and the overseas investor.

The Firm has a team of lawyers who are specialists in the various fields of the law and have the requisite experience, careers and professional prestige that enable them to provide comprehensive, all-inclusive advice to their clients. In addition, the Firm has the backing of correspondent legal firms both in North America and Europe.
